Our Glass Wall installation process.
1-Top tracks must be parallel to the floor surface and correctly braced to the structure of the building.
2-The installation should only be started when the adjacent supports and substrates have been adequately prepared.
3-In case the preparation of the substrate is not satisfactory, notify the General Contractor. Do not start the installation of the glass wall until the substrate is 100 percent ready.
4-Install in glass and all hardware parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions of the interior glass wall assembly. Frameless glass walls require that all screws, attaching components, and automatic closer remain concealed.
5-Correct and align the level of the new glass wall. Also, confirm that the doors are level and plumb. Adjust all dividing glass panels as well as glass doors to run smoothly, whether sliding or pivoting swing doors.
