Step 1: Planning
- Examine potential sites through site visits
- Ensure contracts represent best interests & practices
- Track & manage project
Step 2: Design
- Facilitate communication between architect, AV & IT providers, & relay all data
- Ensure the designers & project team are designing/implementing per building specifications
Step 3: Installation
- Oversee all delivery and installation from start to finish. Manage/negotiate change orders.
- Work with other trades to ensure complete installation within timeframe
- Keep track of all damaged and missing items
- Submit all damaged and missing items with descriptions and pictures.
Step 4: Closeout
- Remove all debris
- Vacuum and wipe down all installation areas
- Submit sign off work order to include pictures of completed project
